About Edward (Ted) Kaigh
Ted Kaigh joined Lonich Patton Ehrlich Policastri in 2022. He practices in both family law and estate planning. Ted specializes in handling legal matters effectively and efficiently, by communicating with a purpose, being responsive, and analytical.
Prior to joining the firm, Ted practiced law in New York City. His practice focused on litigation; representing the City of New York and later in private practice, focusing on real estate litigation and estate planning.
In 2011, Ted relocated to the Bay Area. Since then, he has focused his career on family law and estate planning matters. Ted’s ability to balance strategy and pragmatism is his key to delivering successful outcomes for his clients.
Ted earned his law degree at Delaware Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts in Education from Stony Brook University.
Ted is an active volunteer with the Justice & Diversity Center of The Bar of San Francisco and the Santa Clara Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his three children, playing pickleball, and restoring classic cars.
