  The best part of our office culture is its welcoming and supportive atmosphere. The open-door policy fosters a genuinely polite and collaborative environment, where everyone is ready to help and answer questions. It’s inspiring to see that despite the tough work, people genuinely love what they do, creating a truly positive place to be.

Fun facts about your personal life and why

• What is your favorite season and why?
  

  Fall is my favorite season. I love the cozy feeling of a hot coffee in the morning when it’s nice and chilly out. I also enjoy the way the trees change color, signaling the holiday season, which means cherished time with family.

Random fun facts and why

• Mountains or the beach?

  I definitely prefer the mountains over the beach. I love hiking, camping, and being fully immersed in nature. It’s the perfect setting for quality family time. Unlike beaches, which often draw large crowds, the mountains offer the peace and quiet I crave. I prefer being on a secluded trail or sitting around a campfire with my family.
