About Our Estate Planning Practice Group

The Estate Planning Group provides a full range of legal services in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, litigation, and probate.

Our Estate Planning Attorneys have significant expertise in the preparation of estate planning documents, such as wills, revocable living trusts, and all of the multitude of trusts used for the transfer of wealth and charitable giving. In addition, our attorneys have particular knowledge and expertise in the area of “special needs” trusts for developmentally disabled persons.

Our Estate Planning Attorneys will help you make decisions about who gets your property and whether gifts during your life time are appropriate, maximize your position regarding potential taxes and ensure management of your affairs should you be unable to make financial and healthcare decisions on your own. Many of the questions you may have been asking yourself or topics you and your spouse avoid discussing are easily covered in a professional setting which allows for questions to be addressed and solutions analyzed to produce an estate plan that works for you and your family.

Finally, our Estate Planning Group represents our clients in litigating probate and trust matters. Our trusts and estates litigation practice focuses on the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries in the following areas:

  • Will and Trust Contests

  • Interpretation of Estate Planning Documents

  • Determinations of Heirship and Asset Ownership Disputes

  • Accounting Controversies
