David Patton is a managing partner at Lonich Patton Ehrlich Policastri.

What do you like about practicing family law?

A: My favorite thing about family law is the diversity in the types of cases we see every day. I can truly say that practicing family law is a welcomed challenge that keeps me sharp on my feet. A matter is never too big or complex for us and there is almost always a solution for it. It is very gratifying to be able to help families navigate what could otherwise be a difficult time.

What strengths do you bring to the game?

A: First, I should begin by saying that my partner Michael Lonich and I founded LPEP Law together. As one of the managing partners of the most experienced law firms in the Bay Area, I would say that my years of experience as a family law trial attorney are my biggest strength paired with my firm’s capacity to take on very large and complex cases.

Something about you?

A: Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family at the beach and surfing.
